01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

Perched on the top floor of a building near Ebisu Station, 蕃 YORONIKU is a fully attended yakiniku dining destination that sharpens the appeal of beef into an artful sequence of bites. Every cut brought to the table is grilled directly in front of diners by skilled staff who calibrate the cooking for each cut and explain the intended way to eat it, letting guests simply relax and focus on each dish.

The set course opens on a refreshing note with starters such as kimchi and namul alongside chilled beef sashimi and yukhoe tartare. The grilled sequence moves from thick-cut tongue, skirt steak, and loin through to the rare lean cut known as tsuchinoko, relying on a thoughtful variety of seasonings and preparations rather than relying solely on standard salt and dipping sauce. After a brief pause with clear soup, showpieces like chateaubriand and delicate silk loin arrive, followed by an undeniable highlight: rich zabuton sukiyaki generously coated in egg yolk and shaved truffle.

Once the rich flavors of beef have been savored, the meal conventionally wraps up with light, hand-stretched Awa somen noodles and a refreshing bowl of the house's signature fluffy matcha shaved ice. Diners can supplement the meal with à la carte selections and pair dishes with wine or beer, settling into quiet private rooms or table seating well suited for celebrations and business dinners. Because dinner tables are consistently in demand, securing a reservation in advance is recommended before you go.
